For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses a plas77 account.
• "Account" — the registered player account created on the plas77 platform.

• "Balance" or "Wallet" — the PHP funds held in a player's plas77 account, comprising real money deposits and/or qualifying bonus funds.

• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification, the process by which plas77 verifies a player's identity, age, and residency.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be turned over in qualifying bets before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Applicable Law" — all laws, regulations, and directives applicable to online gaming in the Philippines, including PAGCOR-issued guidelines where applicable.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to plas77 is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, consistent with Philippine regulations governing real-money gaming and gambling activities. By registering an account, you confirm and warrant that you meet this age requirement. plas77 enforces mandatory age verification via government-issued identification prior to processing any withdrawal from a player's account.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The plas77 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the plas77 platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. plas77 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Account Registration

To access the full features of plas77, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active plas77 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. plas77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

2.5 Account Approval

plas77 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Account approval does not constitute a waiver of plas77's right to conduct KYC verification at any subsequent time.

3.1 Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your plas77 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. plas77 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

3.2 Account Activity

You are responsible for all activity conducted through your plas77 account, whether or not authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact plas77 support immediately at [email protected]. plas77 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon verified notification.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your plas77 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements or compliance holds are active on the account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

plas77 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). plas77 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your plas77 wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing schedule.

4.3 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos). Maximum deposit limits may be set at the account level and are subject to change. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming settings in their account dashboard.

4.4 Withdrawal Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions being met in full before processing commences:

• Your KYC verification must be complete, including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID and proof of address.
• There must be no pending wagering requirements attached to any portion of your balance.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active security flags or compliance holds.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal threshold.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing Times

plas77 targets the following processing windows for withdrawal requests: GCash and PayMaya — under 10 minutes for fully verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and Metrobank — within one to three business days. These are target timelines and may be affected by your bank's own processing schedules or by plas77's compliance review procedures.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, plas77 reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal, to delay processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities as required by law.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

plas77 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and this section, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by plas77 carry a wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which any unmet bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses may be subject to eligibility restrictions based on your account status, your location, and your payment method. plas77 reserves the right to exclude specific game types — such as live dealer tables or certain slot titles — from contributing toward wagering requirements. Eligible games and their contribution percentages will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to place qualifying bets, or coordinating play with other players to guarantee winnings — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

6.1 Game Fairness

All casino games available on the plas77 platform — including slots, live dealer games, and bingo — use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently tested and verified for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for any individual session or bet.

6.2 Sportsbook Bets

All sports bets placed on plas77 — covering PBA, NBA, UAAP, UFC, boxing, and other markets — are governed by the specific rules published in the plas77 Sportsbook Rules document accessible from within the betting interface. In all cases, plas77's decision on the settlement of any sports bet shall be final and binding.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication disruption affecting a game or bet, plas77 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players. plas77 is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures outside of its reasonable control.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

plas77 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per player. Any winnings exceeding applicable maximum payout limits will be adjusted to the applicable limit at plas77's sole discretion. Current maximum payout information is available from the plas77 support team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the plas77 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one player account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any other software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the plas77 platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of privileged information in sports wagering.
• Using the plas77 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward plas77 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access plas77 from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

plas77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Filipino player community. We provide the following tools to all registered players to help them manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications when your active session exceeds your chosen duration.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the plas77 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any plas77 content without prior written consent from plas77.

Any unauthorized use of plas77 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plas77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the plas77 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.

plas77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with their plas77 account shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plas77 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or free from security vulnerabilities. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. plas77 reserves the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without liability.

plas77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described therein.

plas77 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated payment processors, KYC verification providers, and applicable Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the plas77 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with plas77 through our internal complaints process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before resorting to litigation.
